Did a total of 4 miles today…ran 2.5 and walked the rest
This whole not being able to breath when I run thing is really annoying tho. I could totally run a lot more if I could breath normally:/
So today’s workout consisted of running 2 miles (did a total of 2.5 with my walking before and after)
Then did like 30pushups before deciding it was too dam hot at the gym…was planning on weights but there were way to many people(yay for all the college kids being back..not)
Then I swam like 500yards and treaded water for 10min
Food ready for tomorrow..fat free cranberry orange muffins and coffee with skim lactaid milk for breakfast..a banana and a peach for before my workout and then humus with pretzels and a chicken and spinach sandwich on rye for lunch.
Haven’t decided about dinner yet.
Planning my breakfast and lunch out on work days is hard but I find I eat better if I prepare it the night before:)
So yesterday’s workout was 30min on the elliptical, some weight circuits and then 1100yards in the pool. :)
Today I just did 30min of Zumba cuz I also was cleaning and re arranging things all day.
Tomorrow is yoga day :) and maybe ill go to the gym too but I’m not sure yet.
