Quick workout of the day:
100 jumping jacks
100 bicep curls
50 lat pull downs
50 tricep curls
Going to work after dinner of chicken and a sweet potato 😊
So today I found out I have vocal cord dysfunction which is why i can’t breath when I run.
So at least I know why.
Also I now have to go see a doctor in NYC to get a second opinion on my hip :/ apparently he is the best and he does surgery for a ton of professional athletes but still NYC is a long way to go for a doctors appointment :/
Went for a 2ish mile walk and then did some squats with the bar and a couple bench presses
Then walked around the mall and then hung out at the park with my niece..I think carrying her around was a better workout for my arms then the weights lol..the little nugget is getting heavy lol
