So today I found out I have vocal cord dysfunction which is why i can’t breath when I run.
So at least I know why.
Also I now have to go see a doctor in NYC to get a second opinion on my hip :/ apparently he is the best and he does surgery for a ton of professional athletes but still NYC is a long way to go for a doctors appointment :/
Rly want to run today but my hip is still super sore from my injection so I don’t think it would be a good idea :( not being able to workout that much again is a super struggle…hopefully tomorrow the doctor will have good news :)
so this is my first night staying at school again after my surgery…and I haven’t had time to go shopping yet (cuz i can’t bend lift or twist so i’d be kinda hard) so I currently dont have any fruit or veggies at school and that makes me really sad :(
As much as I would love this to be true…it’s not. Yes it is good to push yourself but your body does have limits….I should know, I’ve had two surgeries because I pushed my body too hard in my sport (swimming) so while it is good to push yourself please remember to listen to your body and don’t push through an injury.
