So I’m hoping after a weekend of somewhat relaxing the muscle fatigue won’t be so bad. Guna either run or swim on Monday..can’t decide
Have a wonderful Father’s Day everyone :)
So today’s workout consisted of running 2 miles (did a total of 2.5 with my walking before and after)
Then did like 30pushups before deciding it was too dam hot at the gym…was planning on weights but there were way to many people(yay for all the college kids being back..not)
Then I swam like 500yards and treaded water for 10min
So yesterday’s workout was 30min on the elliptical, some weight circuits and then 1100yards in the pool. :)
Today I just did 30min of Zumba cuz I also was cleaning and re arranging things all day.
Tomorrow is yoga day :) and maybe ill go to the gym too but I’m not sure yet.
Gota keep kicking ass everyday!!
Swam today..not as much as I would have liked to cuz my stupid feet kept cramping but it’s better than nothing.
If the rain holds off I’m guna run in the morning and if not maybe ill do some Zumba :)
Guna try some easy swimming today, hopefully my heart can handle it :/
So my day got all screwed up and I didn’t have time to make it to the gym to run..but it’s kinda ok since I swam for an hour this morning.
I’m guna run tomorrow on top of getting in my arms workout so that I still get my running program done this week :)
Monday doubles tomorrow :) swimming at 730am and then running at 730pm :)
So sore from yesterday!!!!
Not sure ill be able to run today but ill at least do some form of cardio for at least 30 min

Today is guna be so crazy..work then swim then pt then work again then giving blood then driving back to school..craziness
