Getting up at 8 tomorrow to go to the gym..no questions. Just guna do it. End of story
Went for a 2ish mile walk and then did some squats with the bar and a couple bench presses
Then walked around the mall and then hung out at the park with my niece..I think carrying her around was a better workout for my arms then the weights lol..the little nugget is getting heavy lol
So today’s workout consisted of running 2 miles (did a total of 2.5 with my walking before and after)
Then did like 30pushups before deciding it was too dam hot at the gym…was planning on weights but there were way to many people(yay for all the college kids being back..not)
Then I swam like 500yards and treaded water for 10min
So yesterday’s workout was 30min on the elliptical, some weight circuits and then 1100yards in the pool. :)
Today I just did 30min of Zumba cuz I also was cleaning and re arranging things all day.
Tomorrow is yoga day :) and maybe ill go to the gym too but I’m not sure yet.

So it was way too cold to do too much running today…so the workout today was:
Walked half a mile and ran a mile…and the mile was under my pace that I was going for so that’s always good :)
Did 100squats and 100 plie squats
100 calf raises and 50 donkey kicks each leg
100 crunches and 2 1min planks
Not as much as I woulda liked to do but still a good workout :)
So sore from yesterday…shoveling over 3feet of snow is such a good workout lol..going out to finish the driveway today..thank God work is not open so I don’t have to go out today…hopefully school will be still closed tomorrow
The only thing that sucks is one day this weekend was supposed to be my rest day so now I have to take my rest day during the week and I hate doing that. :/
